Biography

Born on November 2, 1988 in Tashkent.

In 2013 graduated from the Moscow Institute of Humanities and Economics, Faculty of Law.

In 2020, she entered to the University of Physical Culture and Sports. From 2000 to 2015 she was engaged in athletics.

Candidate Master of Sports in Athletics.

Multiple prize-winner of the Republic.

Since 2019, she actively began to engage in functional all-around CrossFit and introduce it into society.
At the moment, she is a lieutenant, a senior teacher of physical training at the Specialized Training Center under the National Guard, the first deputy of the Federation, a functional all-around coach and an active athlete.

The author of the first textbook on functional all-around, the creator of the methodological manual of the Functional All-Around training program for military personnel and employees.
